Adam's DJ Service is a mobile DJ and entertainment service for events like weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, military balls, birthdays, anniversaries, private parties, class reunions, mitzvahs, school dances and community events. We provide any type of music our customers would like played, when they want it! We also emcee (MC) and make all necessary announcements. Whatever you are looking for musically for your event, we're ready to help make your dream a reality!
We're FUN, entertaining and just the thing to make that special event an unforgettable experience. We're a GREAT value, have a BIG music selection and provide AWESOME customer service! Not only that, when you book an event with us, you get an experienced DJ with a music background! We are turntablists, music enthusiasts who mix music utilizing beat matching, fading, and effects skills, not just pushing play on a CD player or iPod (unless that's really what you want!). Some of us have even produced and remixed music in our spare time! |

We have four wedding packages our clients can choose from: Budget Wedding Package - Reception Only - The Budget Wedding package starts as low as $495 for a Mon.-Thur. event. This is for a basic sound system for one room and 3 hours of music. This package only includes a phone meeting with your DJ after you send us your planner form and includes a wireless microphone for the toast. Typically for Saturdays we charge $795 for this package. Standard Wedding Package - Reception Only – The Standard Wedding package starts as low as $795 for a Mon.-Thur. event. This is for a basic sound system for one room, 4 hours of music, and we never charge for the time of setup or teardown. And of course, this is our minimum package that includes a final meeting with your DJ. Typically for Saturdays we charge $1095 for this package. Deluxe Wedding Package - Ceremony + Reception – This is our most popular package! We provide music for your ceremony and reception, and for 5 hours of music. We throw in the Prelude music to the ceremony for FREE! This package starts at $1195 for a Mon.-Thur. event, otherwise, typically we charge $1495 for this package. Many times, people add a lighting or even a second sound system for the ceremony if it's in a different room, outside or even at a different location. And sometimes they add the rehearsal for an additional fee. But for these and more options, you may want our most valuable package.

| Adam's Premier Wedding Package - Rehearsal + Ceremony + Reception – This is our all inclusive and most valuable package! We help plan your ceremony and reception, and help coordinate your dream wedding with the other vendors involved at your event. We put in a lot more time into making sure your dream wedding happens the way you want! We come to your rehearsal to meet the officiant and your close family members and friends to get to know them prior to your event (typically costs an extra $150 with any other package). We also include the second sound system we usually add on to other packages for $200 (wireless sound for secondary areas or for fill in a big room), up to 8 hours of music, the projector and screen for a slide show, and even provide the audio of your event (ceremony and toast) to you on a CD …and all for as little as $1695 for events Mon.-Thur. or $1995 for Saturdays. This package also guarantees that the owner of Adam's DJ Service will be your DJ! | |

A wedding DJ has a key role in the mood of your event. A
good master of ceremonies keeps the reception moving and
keeps guests having fun. A bad disc jockey who doesn’t read
the guests can ruin your reception. There are thousands of
wedding entertainers out there -- pick the right one.
Step1 : Ask friends and relatives for referrals. Don’t forget to ask your other wedding vendors for referrals. Your wedding planner and venue should be familiar with the various DJs in the area. Step2 : Meet several DJs before making your decision. Consider their personalities, credentials and experience when making your decision, and ask whether they are dedicated full time to DJing or whether it's only a hobby or side-business. Step3 : Ask the DJs about their equipment. Make sure they have professional grade gear and an extensive music collection. Step4 : Contact other people who have used this DJ for a wedding, whether it be a friend or a vendor in the wedding industry. Ask probing questions that allow the references to give honest answers. Step5 : Make sure to sign a contract with your DJ. This should list the important details, including the charges (including any overtime charges), and the attire of the DJ for your reception. |

When we hired Adam Tiegs for our wedding in June of 2008
there was no way we could have known what we were getting
ourselves into! Saying that Adam is a DJ is like saying that
Disney World is an amusement park...both are experiences,
and amazing ones at that! From the time we hired him, he
began to guide us through the planning process of not only
the music but also the time line for our important day. He
was an absolute asset to our wedding and created an
atmosphere the day of that left people talking for weeks. He
was calm, cool and collected and guided us with his amazing
microphone voice through the day (I swear he could have his
own radio show). We could not have asked for more!
Then in May of 2009 Adam out did himself! Our office hosted its first Kids Day America...an international health, safety and environmental awareness day for kids and their families! Because I was so overwhelmed with the event, I gave him little to work with...little more than the age group, date and time. He was perfect! The kids loved him! He gave structure to our event and even MC'd the party! He was our DJ, our Announcer, our Prize Distributor and our Cake Walk Coordinator...the whole shebang! He was our experience! He left everyone with a smile on their face and we're just hoping (fingers crossed) he'll be available for next year's Kids Day America!
